A full multi-tier Azure platform: Bicep-provisioned infrastructure, AKS workloads, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure OpenAI Service integration, Defender for Cloud, and Azure Monitor alerting.
Career Outcomes
Typical starting salaries in Pune for Azure cloud roles, an observation, not a guarantee.
Full AZ-900 and AZ-104 exam preparation, with 5 full mock tests and topic review in the final module.
A TechSummitTrainers completion certificate for the Azure Cloud Computing program after the capstone project.

Course FAQ
Microsoft Azure is the second-largest cloud platform globally, with a dominant position in enterprise markets. Because most large enterprises use Microsoft products (Active Directory, Office 365, SQL Server), Azure integrates more naturally with their existing infrastructure. Learning Azure opens doors to roles in companies running Microsoft-heavy IT environments, most of the BFSI, manufacturing, and enterprise IT sector in India.
AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) is entry-level, cloud concepts, core Azure services, security, pricing. AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) is intermediate, managing subscriptions, identities, storage, networking, VMs, and monitoring in production Azure environments. Both are covered: AZ-900 in Module 1, AZ-104 throughout Modules 1–3 and exam prep in Module 4.
No. The first module begins with cloud fundamentals and Azure portal navigation. Infrastructure as Code (Bicep and Terraform) is introduced in Module 3, both use a declarative syntax accessible without deep programming experience. Shell scripting basics (PowerShell/Bash for Azure CLI) are taught in Module 1.
AKS is Microsoft's managed Kubernetes service. Azure handles the Kubernetes control plane, you manage the worker nodes and workloads. AKS integrates with Azure Active Directory, Azure Container Registry, Azure Monitor, and Azure DevOps, making it the standard Kubernetes offering for Azure-focused organisations.
ARM templates are JSON files that define Azure infrastructure, verbose and hard to maintain. Bicep is a DSL that compiles to ARM templates with cleaner syntax and better IDE support. Microsoft recommends Bicep as the standard for Azure-native Infrastructure as Code. Terraform is also taught as an alternative for multi-cloud scenarios.
Azure Cloud Engineer, Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, and Azure Solutions Architect. Pune's IT sector, especially large service companies running Microsoft practices, has consistent demand for Azure-certified professionals. Fresher salaries in Pune range from ₹4.5 LPA to ₹10 LPA.

Yes, Module 4 covers Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, Language), Azure Machine Learning (AutoML, MLflow), and Azure AI Search. Azure security (Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Policy) is also covered in Module 4.
Azure DevOps is Microsoft's integrated DevOps platform: Azure Repos (Git), Azure Pipelines (CI/CD), Azure Boards (project management), Azure Test Plans, and Azure Artifacts. Azure Pipelines integrates natively with AKS, App Service, Azure Functions, and other Azure services.
Yes, the entire curriculum is designed around AZ-104 exam objectives. Module 4 includes 5 full mock tests, topic review, and exam strategy. The Microsoft exam voucher must be purchased separately.
Both cover the same conceptual territory on different platforms. Azure is preferred in enterprise and Microsoft-heavy environments; AWS is preferred in startups and Amazon-ecosystem organisations. Both certifications together make a candidate significantly more employable.
Batches are intentionally kept small to allow more hands-on time and direct mentoring. Exact batch size is confirmed at registration.
Microsoft Azure is the second-largest cloud computing platform in the world, behind AWS but ahead of Google Cloud Platform. While AWS leads in startups, media, and e-commerce, Azure dominates in enterprises, particularly those already running Microsoft infrastructure. When a company runs Windows servers, SQL Server databases, Active Directory for identity, and Exchange or Office 365 for collaboration, the path of least resistance for cloud migration is Azure. Azure natively integrates with all of those systems in ways that AWS cannot match without significant additional complexity.
India's IT landscape is heavily enterprise-oriented. The large service firms, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL, run massive Azure practices managing cloud infrastructure for global clients. The BFSI sector (banking, financial services, insurance) has largely standardised on Azure due to Microsoft's compliance certifications, security frameworks, and enterprise support agreements. Manufacturing and retail companies migrating off on-premise infrastructure favour Azure for the same reasons. The result: Azure-certified professionals are consistently among the most in-demand cloud roles in Pune's IT sector.
AZ-104 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) is the standard certification for professionals who administer Azure environments. The exam tests your ability to manage Azure identities and governance, implement and manage storage, deploy and manage Azure compute resources, configure and manage virtual networking, and monitor and maintain Azure resources. It is a hands-on, scenario-based exam, not a multiple-choice knowledge test.
Preparing for AZ-104 requires months of hands-on practice with actual Azure resources. The exam presents lab-style scenarios where you must configure and troubleshoot Azure resources within a time limit. This course is built around AZ-104 exam objectives, with every module's hands-on labs directly aligned to exam domains. By the final module, you will have completed 5 full practice exams under timed conditions and reviewed every domain. The AZ-900 exam (Azure Fundamentals) is typically taken first and is covered in Module 1, many students sit the AZ-900 during the course before completing the AZ-104 preparation.
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) are all managed Kubernetes offerings, the Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services, namespaces) are identical across all three. What differs is the integration with the surrounding cloud platform. On Azure, AKS integrates with Azure Active Directory for authentication (you can assign RBAC roles to Kubernetes namespaces using Azure AD groups), Azure Container Registry for private image hosting, Azure Monitor for log aggregation and metrics, Azure Policy for admission control, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines. If your organisation runs on Azure infrastructure, using AKS is the natural choice, and understanding those Azure-specific integrations is what distinguishes an Azure-focused Kubernetes engineer from someone who only knows vanilla Kubernetes.
Fresher salaries in Pune for Azure roles range from ₹4.5 LPA to ₹10 LPA, depending on the company type (service vs product vs startup) and certification level. Professionals transitioning into Azure from other IT roles (sysadmin, developer, DBA) often enter at higher bands given domain expertise.
TechSummitTrainers is located at Office No. 509, Kushal Wallstreet, Fergusson College Road, Shivajinagar, Pune, a central location easily accessible from Shivajinagar station, Deccan, and surrounding areas. This course is taught by practising Azure cloud engineers who architect and administer Azure environments on live production systems. Lab sessions run on real Azure subscriptions, not virtual environments or simulators. By the time you finish the course, you will have provisioned AKS clusters, deployed Bicep-managed infrastructure, configured Azure DevOps pipelines, and built projects that demonstrate hands-on Azure competency to any employer. Both classroom and online formats are supported, with every session recorded for review.
